Surf Photography

I got into surfing while traveling in Europe at the age of 16. Learning to surf in the beach breaks of France taught me how to read waves and currents. Since then I am addicted to surfing and it was just a matter of time I started to take surfing pictures. In my opinion being a surf photographer is one of the most challenging types of photography. Especially when entering the water with my fins and camera. When on land I always try to find unique angles. Only surfing itself can teach me how to work in this environment and how to become a better surf photographer. Being on the right spot at the right time is crucial and without a good surfer who adapts to your position it is almost impossible to get a good photo. The better I get at surfing the better my pictures get.
